Shipping

Our delivery times are usually Monday to Friday 8am - 6pm (excluding Bank Holidays). Saturday deliveries are usually made between 8am to 12pm.
All timed deliveries are subject to product and area restrictions.
Next day delivery is available on all orders where the following criteria have been met:

  • The order is placed before the specified cut off time and all security checks have been completed.
  • All items on the order are in stock and available for delivery.
  • Cleared funds have been received in full for the order total.
  • Delivery is to a UK mainland address.
  • Applies to next working day, excludes bank holidays and Sundays.
  • Product restrictions apply to products that don’t ship directly from Facio warehouse.

Title

Title to products passes from Facio (UK) Ltd. to customer upon shipment, only when full payment has been received.

Taxes

Unless otherwise stated, all prices on this website include UK VAT.

Payment

Full, cleared funds are required before any product will be shipped.

Prices

Facio (UK) Ltd. reserve the rights to change the prices of any or all of its products without prior notification.

Guarantee

If for any reason you are not happy with your item, you can return it within 10 days for a refund but you must contact us first for authorisation. Goods returned which are not defective or faulty will be subject to a 20% re-stocking charge.

Refunds or damaged items

Please always keep the packaging material. It is very rare, but if an item is damaged or faulty when you receive it then please obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) reference by contacting customer service at innovate@faciouk.co.uk An RMA must be requested within 10 days of the delivery date. Facio (UK) Ltd. will then arrange to collect the items. Please ensure that the goods are returned with a letter specifying the problem and the date of purchase. Also please include your first and last name and your phone number. This will help us resolve your problem faster and allow us to contact you if there are any problems regarding your return:

Facio (UK) Ltd. will not be responsible for returned items if customer does not follow this process.
Goods returned which are not defective or faulty will be subject to a 20% re-stocking charge.

Cancelling an order

An order can usually be cancelled within 24 hours of the time it was submitted, unless at the time of cancellation the product has already left our warehouse and is already with our carrier for delivery to you.

Privacy Policy

We may use personal information we collect from you to send you further information on our products and services or to keep you up to date on our promotional offers by post or email. We may also disclose this information to approved third parties for the purposes of administering any Service Plan or providing you with details of goods and services that may be of interest to you.
